Chirstmas time is almost here!

Christmas is almost here! We bought a little tree to put in our trailer from Walmart. I picked it out but Brad said we needed to get the one that was one size bigger....should have listened to him. The tree is supremely tiny. It is a pitiful 3ft tall, but I am trying my hardest to have myself a Charlie Brown Christmas and love the tree no matter what it looks like.

The other night I cooked chicken in a rosemary butter sauce...big hit...but next time I'm not using so much rosemary. It called for minced rosemary, but all I have was the grass looking kind. Don't know if that was minced or not. The butter sauce, however, was very tasty. Slowly but surely I'm trying to expand my cooking skills. So far anything that I've tried to cook has come out very tasty...maybe I have a nak for this. Just wish I had the enthusiasm to want to cook stuff. For a wedding present I got a subscription for "Taste of Home" magazine and I have been cutting out recipes to try. Got quite a collection going on.
