So today, in my suite in Laredo, TX, I have cooked chili, ate some crackers with laughing cow cheese (which is delicious by the way), and pretty much just sat around. This chili I made today is called Mexican Chili, in honor of the fact that we live about a mile from the border. It's got peppers, onions, beans, meat, celery, spices, and one bay leaf of which i have to take out after it cooks.
One spice I had to put in was dried
marjoram. Don't know what it is but put it in anyways. So
hopefully it will turn out good, I mean how hard can making chili be?
